Ice instruments?

The Norwegian musician and composer Terje Isungset creates ice instruments.
"The same way that humans do not own the planet but only in passing here, my instruments are also temporary..."
To create his music, he uses his background in jazz and Scandinavian music.
A new way to make success, there is no doubt that he has talent.

It's easy to create ice instruments, hard is to pronunciate his name. haha

Tribute to 30 years of metallica

Vitor Rangel, a Brazilian fan of Metallica, played all songs of Metallica in 10 minutes. A awesome tribute to Metallica.
\m/

What happened to the Brazilian music?

The bands and the music quality are declining, it's worse when you see that people don't care about it.
Today, most of songs from Brazil talk about love, kiss and etc. But not that "poetic" kind of music, they sing their song to make success, but actually there is no sense in their songs, is ridiculous think how can we keep listening those thrash.
Example:

80's: Brazilian song

Pais e Filhos
Legião Urbana

Statues and chests and walls painted
Nobody knows what happened.
She jumped from the fifth-floor window
Nothing is easy to understand.

Sleep now,
is just the wind outside.

I lap! I'll run away from home!
Can I sleep here with you?
I'm scared, I had a nightmare
I just come back after three.

My son will be named a saint
I want the most beautiful name.

You have to love people
As there is no tomorrow
Because if you stop to think
Actually no.

Tell me, why is the sky blue?
Explains the great fury of the world
They are my children
Taking care of me.

I live with my mother
But my father comes to visit
I live in the street, I have no
I live anywhere.

I've lived in so many houses
What I can not remember more
I live with my parents.

You have to love people
As there is no tomorrow
Because if you stop to think
Actually no.

I am a drop of water,
I am a grain of sand
You tell me that their parents do not understand you,
But you do not understand their parents.

You blame your parents for everything, this is absurd
They are kids like you
What will you be,
When you grow up?

Oh, If I Catch You

Michel Teló

Wow, wow, this way you're gonna kill me
Oh, if I catch you
Oh, my God if I catch you
Delicious, delicious
This way you're gonna kill me
Oh, if I catch you
Oh, my God if I catch you
Saturday at the party
Everybody started to dance
Then the prettiest girl past in front of me
I got closer and started to say:
Wow, wow, this way you're gonna kill me
Oh, if I catch you
Oh, my God if I catch you
Delicious, delicious
This way you're gonna kill me
Oh, if I catch you
Oh, my God if I catch you

Think by yourself, i know that is different  genre, but look, What song makes more sense for you?
Today we listen what Midia wants.

Metal is growing in Brazil.STRONGLY

Why this is happening in the land of funk, pagode, samba, frevo, the country where we have worshiped useless things? Everything is happening because: our economy is one of the fastest growing in the world. Consequently, we received a LOT of things foreign, and thus, the metal has become something mascive here.
Another proof is that, in April 2012, will be held in Sao Luis-MA, the biggest Metal festival in the history of the Brazilian nation, Metal Open Air At first moment, he was to be called out Wacken Open Air (the biggest metal festival in the world occurs in Germany) but it was not possible because negotiations with german producers not materialized. But it does not matter. What matters is we can do in three days sound very good in Brazil exclusively for the headbanger public. This is one reason that I'm proud of being Brazilian.Otherwise, many Brazilian metal bands are going to play it off so well that we are getting it. LONG LIVE METAL \../

Lose your time (2)

Happy Birthday Kurt

"On this day February 20, Kurt Cobain, the eternal leader of Nirvana, would complete 45 years. Died in 1994, the icon still inspires ¹ grunge guitar and garage rock bands throughout the world."
He committed suicide at his home on April 5, 1994
Was Found a letter to his imaginary friend, Boddah:
"To Boddah

"Speaking from the tongue of an experienced simpleton who obviously would rather be an emasculated, infantile complain-e. This note should be pretty easy to understand.
All the warnings from the punk rock 101 courses over the years, since my first introduction to the, shall we say, ethics involved with independence and the embracement of your community has proven to be very true. I haven"t felt the excitement of listening to as well as creating music along with reading and writing for too many years now. I feel guilty beyond words about these things.
For example when we"re backstage and the lights go out and the manic roar of the crowd begins, it doesn"t affect me the way in which it did for Freddy Mercury, who seemed to love, relish in the love and adoration from the crowd which is something I totally admire and envy. The fact is, I can"t fool you, any one of you. It simply isn"t fair to you or me. The worst crime I can think of would be to rip people off by faking it and pretending as if I"m having 100% fun.
Sometimes I feel as if I should have a punch-in time clock before I walk out on stage. I"ve tried everything within my power to appreciate it (and I do, God, believe me I do, but it"s not enough). I appreciate the fact that I and we have affected and entertained a lot of people. I must be one of those narcissists who only appreciate things when they"re gone. I"m too sensitive. I need to be slightly numb in order to regain the enthusiasm I once had as a child.

On our last three tours, I"ve had a much better appreciation for all the people I"ve known personally and as fans of our music, but I still can"t get over the frustration, the guilt and empathy I have for everyone. There"s good in all us and I think I simply love people too much, so much that it makes me feel too fucking sad. The sad little, sensitive, unappreciative, Pisces, Jesus man. Why don"t you just enjoy it? I don"t know!
I have a goddess of a wife who sweats ambition and empathy and a daughter who reminds me too much of what I used to be, full of love and joy, kissing every person she meets because everyone is good and will do her no harm. And that terrifies me to the point to where I can barely function. I can"t stand the thought of Frances becoming the miserable, self-destructive, death rocker that I"ve become.
I have it good, very good, and I"m grateful, but since the age of seven, I"ve become hateful towards all humans in general. Only because it seems so easy for people to get along and have empathy. Only because I love and feel sorry for people too much I guess.
Thank you all from the pit of my burning, nauseous stomach for your letters and concern during the past years. I"m too much of an erratic, moody, baby! I don"t have the passion anymore, and so remember, it"s better to burn out than to fade away.

Peace, Love, Empathy.

> Kurt Cobain
Frances and Courtney, I"ll be at your altar.
Please keep going Courtney, for Frances.
For her life, which will be so much happier without me.

I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU!
"
He died one month before Justin Bieber Borns. HE
 KNEW IT.

I have no Doubts, World will never see anyone like Kurt.

Lose your time (1)

Whitney Houston apparently ended in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Grammy weekend, but it could be weeks before investigators know how exactly why she died.
She was a pop legend.
Who can forget this scene?

talents are sadly wasted

Nowadays, unfortunately money is more important than talent. If our music today is regressing,
greed is the culprit. You can't be famous without too much luck or money, you can't be famous by your talent.
People pay for fame.

Do you understand now?

"Without music, life would be a mistake."
                                                                                                                  Friedrich Nietzsche
